TailorCV at https://tailorcv.in provides online software services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This policy describes how digital products are delivered and whether exchanges apply.
1. Delivery (digital fulfillment)
Purchased credits are delivered electronically to your account as soon as payment is confirmed by our payment partner (typically within seconds). No courier, postal, or warehouse shipping is involved.
You need a working internet connection and a logged-in account to use credits. If credits do not appear after a successful charge, see our Cancellation and Refund policy and Email contact@tailorcv.in or use our contact form.
2. Shipping charges and timelines
There are no shipping fees because nothing is shipped physically. Delivery is instant to your in-app credit balance; there is no estimated delivery window beyond normal payment processing.
3. Exchange policy
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or different pack sizes after purchase. We do not offer product swaps because credits are a prepaid digital balance, not physical merchandise.
If you selected the wrong pack at checkout, complete your purchase only after confirming the amount shown on the payment screen. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact us under the refund section of our Cancellation and Refund policy.
4. Service availability
AI features require our platform to be available. Occasional maintenance or outages do not by themselves entitle you to physical redelivery; unused credits remain in your account when the Service is restored.
