This policy explains cancellation and refunds for purchases on TailorCV at https://tailorcv.in (the “Service”). It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. What we sell
TailorCV sells prepaid credits for AI résumé analysis, tailoring, and related features. Purchases are one-time, not recurring subscriptions. Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment.
2. Cancellation
There is no membership to cancel. Once payment succeeds and credits are delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. Review pack size, price, and credit costs at checkout before paying.
If you close checkout, abandon payment, or payment fails, no order completes and nothing needs to be cancelled — no credits are issued.
After you spend credits on an ATS scan, tailoring session, or similar feature, that action cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Deleting your account does not cancel past purchases or entitle you to a refund of unused credits.
3. Refunds
All completed credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not refund unused credits, change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output, account closure, or promotional credits.
A failed checkout is not a refund case — your bank or wallet was not charged for that attempt. You may try again.
If you were charged but credits were not added, or charged twice for the same purchase, Email contact@tailorcv.in or use our contact form within seven (7) days with your account email, payment time, and any reference ID. We will investigate with our payment partner and correct your account or arrange a reversal where possible.
Unjustified chargebacks after credits were delivered may result in account suspension. Please contact us first.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law in India or your jurisdiction.
